Asok Kumar has been appointed Global CEO of Morrison Express following its acquisition by Japan’s SG Holdings (parent of Sagawa Express). This marks a strategic move to integrate Morrison into SG Holdings’ global logistics network. Kumar, formerly Head of Global Air Freight at DB Schenker, brings deep expertise in air cargo and supply chain transformation. Morrison is expected to handle 120,000 tonnes of air freight and 60,000 TEUs of ocean freight in the coming months.
