BIFA Standard Trading Conditions
IN Freight Solutions Limited is a member of the British International Freight Association (BIFA) and conducts its business subject to the latest edition of the BIFA Standard Trading Conditions (STC).
The BIFA Standard Trading Conditions set out the responsibilities, obligations, and liabilities of freight forwarders and their customers, providing a clear framework for the provision of freight forwarding, customs, logistics, and related services.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing complete and accurate shipment information.
- Ensuring goods are correctly packaged, labelled, and documented.
- Complying with all applicable import, export, customs, and trade regulations.
- Informing IN Freight Solutions of any special handling requirements prior to shipment.
Quotations and Services
All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time of issue and may be subject to change due to factors including, but not limited to:
- Carrier surcharges
- Currency fluctuations
- Customs duties and taxes
- Port and airport charges
- Regulatory changes
- Market conditions beyond our control
International Trade Compliance
IN Freight Solutions supports compliance with UK and international trade regulations. Customers remain responsible for ensuring goods are eligible for export and import and that all required licences, permits, and declarations are in place.
