BIFA Standard Trading Conditions
IN Freight Solutions Limited is a member of the British International Freight Association (BIFA) and conducts its business in accordance with the latest edition of the BIFA Standard Trading Conditions (STC).
The BIFA Standard Trading Conditions define the responsibilities, obligations, and liabilities of both freight forwarders and their customers. They provide a clear framework for the delivery of freight forwarding, customs clearance, logistics, and related services.

Customer Responsibilities
Under these Terms & Conditions, customers are responsible for:
- Providing complete and accurate shipment information.
- Ensuring goods are correctly packaged, labelled, and documented.
- Complying with all applicable import, export, customs, and trade regulations.
- Informing IN Freight Solutions of any special handling requirements before shipment.
Quotations and Services
All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time of issue. Prices and service costs may change due to factors including, but not limited to:
- Carrier surcharges
- Currency fluctuations
- Customs duties and taxes
- Port and airport charges
- Regulatory changes
- Market conditions beyond our control
International Trade Compliance
IN Freight Solutions supports compliance with UK and international trade regulations. Customers remain responsible for ensuring that goods are eligible for export and import and that all required licences, permits, certifications, and declarations are in place.
